Desk Engineering Assistant Manager *A professional and adaptable communication style to be able to converse with all Reporting into Desk operations manager
*Responsibility for settlement of Total Loss claims including
*Obtaining policy info
*Indemnity checks
*Payment requests
*Payment Confirmations
*Salvage Disposal
*Engagement with Davies Tech team
Key Responsibilities *Escalation management
*Ensure targets are reached, maintained
*To produce daily statistics
*Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support and coaching and feedback
*Ensure a high level of staff engagement
*Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
*Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
*To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise *Communicates both internally and externally to the business.
*Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills
*Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
*Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass’s / CAP etc...) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
