Arthur is partnered with a Lloyd’s Managing Agent seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Claims Manager, Active Underwriters, and global teams in London, Bermuda, and the US. This role plays a vital part in delivering reporting and analytics for underwriting, claims, and reinsurance performance monitoring, while also supporting the preparation of Lloyd’s returns and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Underwriting Performance: Monitor and analyse underwriting performance against plans.
*Delegated Underwriting: Manage, analyse, and report on bordereaux data.
*Outwards Reinsurance: Maintain a central reinsurance contract database and ensure reinsurance documentation accuracy.
*Claims: Review claims systems and data, producing management information and reporting.
*Policies & Procedures: Develop and maintain operational process documentation, including updating underwriting-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
*Controls: Ensure adherence to key underwriting controls and monthly/quarterly operational controls while collaborating with Finance and Reserving teams.
*Reporting: Support the production of internal committee and working group reports and assist with key Lloyd’s Returns.
*Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits from an operational perspective.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid operational background within the insurance market, combined with exceptional analytical and reporting skills.
