Child Care Support Worker
Caring for children with complex Mental Health needs
North Tyneside City Council
Pay Rates- Umbrella
Days £18 per hour
Nights/weekends £20 per hour
Bank holidays- Double pay

What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 - 19 years with their care and education.
*Support Children and young people with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism and mental health
*Enabling our learners to participate in activities and have fun outside of school hours including bowling, swimming, cinema trips, sports, baking and sensory groups both on and offsite.
*Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date
*Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
