Job Description:
**About The Team:** You will be working alongside the Head of Production and another Senior Operations Manager, helping us to continue to put our customers first and go the extra mile in everything we do. Our people are the key to our success and we want you to be a part of this journey. **What You Will Be Doing:** - You will be responsible for the running of successful shifts across a 247 operation - Leading team members to develop an inclusive performance culture - Continually identifying opportunities to implement best practice throughout the wider team - Be accountable for performance metrics and the improvement of them, developing, implementing and using sustainable practices to allow their teams to operate to in achieving these - Lead and support the implementation of new products into the operation - Workforce resource planning and team development – succession planning, personal development plans and creating an operational talent pool - Recruit and develop staff to be the best at what they do - Be an ambassador for H&S and lead a safety first culture throughout the operations and wider support teams - Lead the drive towards internationally leading site standards and be accountable for GMP scores at a site level - Financially accountable for key metrics (CPBLMPB within their areas of responsibility) **Who You Are:** - Ideally be from a FMCG background in Production or Logistics Operations Management. Experience with managing large scale operations with multiple management tiers. - Experience in working with electronic warehouse management systems. - Strong understanding of health and safety and its application in a warehouseproduction environment. - Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification and critical issue escalation - Excellent people skills and be passionate about achieving results through people.
