Technical Platform Lead – Corporate Banking - Contract/Perm
My Banking client is seeking an experienced Technical Platform Lead to oversee the end-to-end design, integration and optimisation of a business critical platform within the Corporate Bank.
The role will involve working closely with the Programme Manager and wider Technical Teams to develop a comprehensive technology roadmap through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Optimise CRM systems and propose lightweight API-based integrations to streamline processes.
*Design and integrate solutions across CRM, Data Analytics and 3rd party systems to automate manual tasks and enhance sales workflow & relationship manager tools.
*Lead the architecture and technical strategy of multiple interconnected systems, ensuring robust design and integration.
*Drive automation and digitisation efforts to improve efficiency for Sales Workflow tools.
*Influence key stakeholders and align solutions with measurable outputs in an Agile environment.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven Technical Leader with experience leading platforms or systems in Corporate / Commercial banking domain.
*Expertise in CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent), system integration, APIs, and technical architecture.
*Strong understanding of data tools (AWS, Snowflake) and front-end solutions.
*Ability to propose innovative solutions, including Gen AI capabilities, to enhance data and analytics functionality.
*Skilled in influencing and aligning cross-functional teams.
