What the job involves *Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
*Originating business and beginning to build out a franchise
*Conduct financial modelling and assess loan/asset risks, presenting key insights to the team
*Prepare detailed investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
*Stay informed on the UK real estate market and attend borrower meetings, due diligence reviews, and site visits
*Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you’re involved in
Who we are looking for *Relevant financial experience within corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/credit, accounting/audit, or real estate finance
*Entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset
*Knowledge of the UK real estate market
*Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
*Ability to create detailed, high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
