Job Description:
Hays are looking for a Loan Closer to join a Bank in London on a contract basis for an initial 6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities will include
*Documentation driven processes
*Work with Section Head to transition remaining portfolio to new pricing
*Liaise with borrowers/lenders on Libor transition
*Review and present documentation for voting
*Manage the implementation of the documents driving new pricing.
*Maintain records reflect the processes followed
*Loan agency documentation review and commenting pre signing
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
*Agency/Loans Business Experience
*Clearpar experience
