Job Description:
Overall Purpose of the Role :To co-ordinate, support and lead on all aspects of HSE at CPU and client sites, to include:
*Maintain bespoke HACCP, systems within and Compass Global CPU standards.
*Maintain Compass Workplace Safety Management system.
*Manage current and future facilities management systems either on site or via approved third party suppliers.
*Work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement in the management of HSE within their areas of responsibility, which includes but not limited to conducting regular audits, inspections and spot checks, preparing risk assessments and team training activities.
*Investigate food and safety incidents and/or safety incidents, report appropriately and implement improvements.
*Liaise with enforcement bodies when or where required.
*To provide expertise and technical support to enable Grazing to meet the required regulatory, company and accreditation requirements relating to Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality and the Environment across the range of services.
Other Responsibilities Include
*Liaise and work with the Grazing kitchen management to maintain safe food systems
*Support the HSE function under the guidance of the Senior HSE Manager particularly around CPU development.
*Liaise with other health and safety, environment and quality professionals within the wider business to achieve the above objectives in such a way that ensures we have a consistent approach across the wider business.
