Hays are delighted to support a well-established charity based in Edinburgh to recruit an HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team.
Your new role
Working within an established and collaborative team, this role will include a range of generalist HR activities to support the wider business. Key elements of this role include employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies, Learning & Development, recruitment and onboarding and HRIS.
This post will be varied across different areas of HR, and will allow you to gain exposure to a host of HR services supporting the various teams within the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience working in an HR Advisor role, and will have knowledge and understanding of HR People systems and reporting. You will demonstrate excellent IT skills in MS Office, Outlook and Excel and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Good planning, timemanagement and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail with analysis are also essential.
