Entry level opportunity: L&D Administrator
Are you looking to kickstart your career in Learning & Development? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior L&D Administrator to join a dynamic business in Liverpool on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract, with an immediate start available in 2025.
About the Role As a Junior L&D Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development team. Your responsibilities will include:
*Coordinating training schedules and maintaining records.
*Supporting the onboarding process with learning materials.
*Communicating with employees and external providers regarding training needs.
*Assisting with the creation and organization of learning content.
*Managing the L&D database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What We’re Looking For *Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
*A passion for developing people and learning processes.
*Previous experience in an admin or coordination role is desirable but not essential.
