The Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools during periods of staff absence or additional demands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and age groups.
*Upholding a positive learning environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
*Following lesson plans and adapting them to suit the needs of each class.
*Managing classroom behavior and promoting a respectful learning atmosphere.
*Encouraging student participation and academic growth.
*Collaborating with other staff members and maintaining open communication with school leadership.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
*Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not mandatory.
*Flexibility and adaptability to teach different subjects and age groups.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
*A passion for education and a commitment to the development of young minds.
*A DBS on the update service
*A driver is desirable but not a requirement. This is useful based on the location of some of our schools.
