Our client is a market leading technology business operating across the multiple countries are hiring a talented AAT studier to join their team as a result of further strong international growth.
You will support the Financial Controller with a wide variety of accounts assisting tasks, to compliment your studies ranging from ledger activities through to some month end contributions. This will include:
*End to end accounts payable functions including staff expenses
*Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger
*Handling multicurrency transactions
*Assisting with the month-end processes with training including accruals, prepayments, journals, fixed assets etc
*Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
*Assisting with the Year-End close and audit preparation

It is important that you have prior experience of the ledger and expenses activity ideally within a multi-currency environment. You should have AAT level 2 or 3 qualifications with confident Excel skills and be continuing to complete your AAT studies through to completion. This is an SME business so a flexible attitude is essential with a team mentality. Exposure to Xero accounting is also an advantage. The role is mostly office based but will have the option of one day a week working from home.
