My client, a prestigious boutique financial planning firm in Luton, is currently in a phase of expansion and is looking for a talented professional to join their friendly and forward-thinking team. Renowned for delivering personalised and comprehensive financial services, the firm specialises in wealth management, retirement planning, and investment strategies. Role Overview:
*This position is focussed on client engagement, requiring excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members to ensure a smooth client journey.
*The role involves a range of tasks, including supporting financial planning activities in collaboration with Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
*Provide personalised administrative assistance directly to your Financial Planner.
*Duties will include managing diaries, processing new business applications with necessary documentation, communicating with providers, and upholding high standards of service.
*Engage in various project tasks as they become available.
*Suitable for both seasoned IFA Administrators and recent graduates with relevant Financial Services experience from internships or academic placements.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
*Extensive training and mentorship will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.
