*£34k Basic + comms
Seeking an experienced Sales consultant to join the New Home Sales team for one of London’s top developers. Join a prestigious team onsite at one of North London’s Premium developments. 

Key Responsibilities: 
*Conduct and Facilitate Viewings
*Lead Generation and Sales Progression
*Database and Enquiry Management
*Sales and Marketing Collaboration
*Content Creation and Promotion
*Networking and Relationship Building
Requirements:
*2+ years’ experience in a customer facing sales role, property background preferred
*IT literate with using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel.
*Comfortable with conducting virtual appointments for the development via Zoom and alterative applications
*Excellent communication, persuasive, positive attitude and personally presentable
*To maintain strong project administration and organisational skills being efficient with diary and time
management operating in a structured approach
Package: 
*£34k basic
*£65k OTE
*5 days per week working on a rota basis. Hours 9.30am – 6pm 
*3 out of 4 weekends
*25 days holiday (plus bank holiday days in lieu if worked)
