Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Location: Near Bicester
Salary: £21,800 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client, a successful family-run business based in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone looking to further their administrative career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Surveyors and Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills and a positive attitude along with a desire to learn and develop within the company.
Duties Include:
* Supporting the Commercial team with document management and maintaining established procedures.
* Managing photocopying, printing, and maintaining office printers.
* Handling CAD printing using the office plotter.
* Organising storage rooms, ensuring files and stock are accessible and well-presented.
* Updating the drawing register and notifying relevant departments of new revisions.
* Ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies.
* Assisting the production team and organising team and client events.
* Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by the team or Directors.

Skills and Experience Needed:
* GCSE/A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Ability to multitask and maintain high levels of accuracy.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong customer service skills.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
* The successful candidate will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
