Job Description:
1 day per week in the office

Do you have a NEC contract experience?

Are you a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor?

What will you be doing?
• Providing commercial advice and contract interpretation to the PM’s,
• You will be communicating with the client regarding any commercial discussions,
• Preparing and negotiating all sub-contract contract documentations,
• Preparing monthly reports for review by the PM’s.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a leading company within the nuclear waste management and decommissioning field.

What you’ll need:
• NEC contract experience,
• Main contractor experience,
• 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor,
• Degree qualified.
