Location: Redditch
Contract Length: 12-15 Months
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), Early Finish at 3:30 PM on Fridays!
Hybrid Working: Office days on Tuesday and Wednesday

What You’ll Do:
*Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with both UK and international customers, ensuring their satisfaction every time.
*Manage Orders: Oversee the entire process from input to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
*Communicate Clearly: Keep customers informed and manage their expectations with transparency.
*Collaborate: Work closely with Supply Chain and other departments to manage promotions and peak periods.
*Problem-Solve: Address issues proactively to prevent service disruptions.
*Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers and hauliers to ensure seamless deliveries.

*Customer Service Pro: Experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is a plus.
*Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
