Solicitor - Real Estate (Bridging Finance)
Up to £90,000 + Bonuses

A Bridging Finance Solicitor specializes in short-term property finance transactions, assisting lenders, developers, and investors in securing funding efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities for the Solicitor - Real Estate (Bridging Finance):
• Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and guarantees.
• Conduct due diligence, including title investigations, property searches, and planning permissions.
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory aspects of bridging loans, including lender requirements.
• Oversee transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution.
• Handle post-completion matters such as registration of charges and compliance.
• Manage disputes, defaults, or enforcement of security if needed.
Qualifications for the Solicitor - Real Estate (Bridging Finance):
• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (SRA-regulated).
• 2-5+ years of PQE in property finance, banking, or real estate law.
• Experience in bridging finance or short-term lending transactions.
Skills for the Solicitor - Real Estate (Bridging Finance):
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of property law, finance regulations, and lending requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Salary Range (UK): £50,000-£90,000 annually, depending on experience and firm.
