A fantastic opportunity to join an established and very busy In-House Recruitment Team has become available for a Recruitment Consultant.

The In-House Recruiter’s responsibilities will include:
*To be a ’brand ambassador’ when dealing with all potential candidates
*Handling a high volume of vacancies and conducting telephone interviews in the most professional, time-efficient and overall effective manner.
*Ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders receive a first-class experience throughout the recruitment process
*Manage effective communications with potential candidates in talent pools in a timely and appropriate manner
*Supporting the National Head of Recruitment in the implementation of the recruitment strategy
*Assist in developing appropriate selection methods, including timescales and talent pipelining.
*Writing and posting engaging and accurate adverts to attract suitable candidates
*Assisting candidates with preparation for interviews
The successful candidate will ideally come from a similar role in either an internal recruitment team or a recruitment agency. They will have proven experience of supporting with high volume recruitment campaigns and be very literate and competent on all Microsoft processes. They will also be able to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising workloads and have fantastic attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is a pro-active and dynamic attitude to your career.

Some travel will be required in between the offices, a driving licence would be preferred, but not essential.
