Job Description:
I am seeking a passionate and highly organised HR Administrator to join my Client’s HR team at the Head Office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a demanding and challenging industry and is committed to delivering a high level of service. The successful candidate will support the HR Manager and a team of over 550 employees.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Report directly to the HR Manager and work as part of a customer-focused HR team.
*Deliver excellent service to Directors, Managers, and employees across all sites in daily operations.
*Maintain HR-related documents in accordance with current employment law and company procedures.
*Handle all administration relating to employees with accuracy and consistency.
*Assist the payroll department in preparing employee payroll data as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience working within an HR department or administering HR-related matters.
*Proficiency in taking minutes and producing outcome documentation.
*Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
*Willingness to learn and potential for advancement under CIPD if desired.
*Good standard of education, with grades C or above in GCSE Maths and English.
*Strong experience using Microsoft 365 and associated packages.
*Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
*Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
*Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
*Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
