As a Pupil Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing tailored support to individual pupils or small groups.
*Assisting with the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCP)
*Supporting children with additional learning needs, ensuring they feel included and valued.
*Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
*Collaborating with teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

We are looking for individuals who:


*Are compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
*Have previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work in education.
*Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Hold a relevant qualification or are willing to undertake training.
*Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
*DBS (clean and relevant) Can be obtained through Prospero Teaching
*Safeguarding certificate
