LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR– Residential Sales & Lettings Agency
Location: Southampton, SO15
Salary: £24 - £27k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A leading Independent Estate Agency are seeking an experienced and self-motivated property lettings administrator.
The ideal applicant will have a solid background in administration and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have had previous experience within an Estate Agency office.
You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be computer literate in Microsoft office, have previous experience of Estate Agency software, have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to manage your time efficiently and stick to tight deadlines. You will also need to be personable, energetic and able to work as part of a successful busy team!
The Company: Our client are a leading local independent Sales and Lettings agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and busy offices in and the Southampton area.
Skills required for this Lettings Administrator role will include:
*Previous experience in property lettings administration
*Estate agency experience is preferable
*Well organised and excellent attention to detail
*High level of customer service skills
*Good telephone manner and positive attitude
*Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
*Ability to work as a part of team and use own initiative
*Computer literate
*Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
