£43k - £46k depending on experience.

I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to come on board and join this fantastic private rented accommodation franchise. You will bring your excellent Customer Service skills and experience managing the operational performance of the building to deliver the best experience for our residents.
This large residential rental development with communal facilities includes a co-working lounge, gym, gardens and car park along with over 250 units.
Main duties will include:
*Line management of the Operations Administrator and supporting their development.
*Promote a customer service culture and ensure resident expectations are met.
*Effective handling of customer complaints.
*Support of leasing and marketing for each building to ensure targets are achieved.
*Monitoring on-site maintenance performance.
*Monitoring housekeeping operations to ensure that each site always remains presentable and within brand guidelines.
*Assisting the General Manager with management of the refurbishment.
*Ensuring that the property management system, Yardi is being used efficiently and updated accurately by the site teams.
*Training and coaching of new joiners and other team members.
*Adherence to budget targets and cost plans.
*Providing out of hours support if required.
*Ensuring compliance with all agreements and contracts in delivery to residents, suppliers and stakeholders.
*Coordination of department reporting and checking accuracy.
*Ensuring the operational processes are compliant with the relevant local and national current legislation and regulations that apply.
*Ensuring that all statutory testing is carried out and recorded.
This is a busy and hands on role. To be considered for this role you must possess:
*Proven track record of managing a residential building.
*Excellent customer relationship skills and attention to detail.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Previous experience of coaching and developing direct reports.
*Strong team player with a willingness to support others.
*Clear communication skills, verbally and in writing.
*A positive, ’can-do’ attitude with a desire to achieve outstanding results.
*Ability to work independently.
*Can work in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience of working in the Hospitality, BTR or PBSA sector is desirable but not essential.
