Job Title: Payroll Professional
Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: Up to £30,000 / £30,000 FTE
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time, Permanent
About Us: Reed are currently working with a dynamic and growing Accountancy practice based in Billericay, Essex, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Professional to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately process payroll for a diverse client base on a monthly basis.
*Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
*Maintain and update client payroll records, including changes in salaries, benefits, and deductions.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
*Prepare and submit payroll reports to clients and management.
*Collaborate with other departments within the practice to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice.
*Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
