Job Description:
Demand Planner // Rochester – Hybrid 3 days on site // Temp // £15-18 per hour
My client, a leading manufacturer committed to delivering high quality products and innovative solutions to their customers, are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator on an initial temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to support in accurate supply chain planning to ensure all required stock is purchased in a timely manner.
Role and responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing sales trends, historical data, and market dynamics
*Identify and resolve supply chain constraints to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations
*Generate reports and summaries for management and other stakeholders.
*Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
*Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
*Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
*Develop and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Experience and expertise:
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
*Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros).
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
*Knowledge of database systems and data management best practices
