Job Description:
Timeplan Education Group are delighted to be working alongside a wonderful school in Kent, who are currently searching for a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to manage and maintain the premises and make sure that the school continues to run efficiently and safely for all pupils.
This school not only boasts an excellent record and working facilities, but a fantastic headteacher who really cares about her staff and their career progressions.
Key responsibilities for the role are below:
The role will include managing school premises issues as they arise, developing a premises and planned maintenance regime to ensure that the premises are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of health and safety legislation and the curriculum in addition to leading a team to an outstanding level of performance.
The role is both operational as well as managerial, therefore you will be required to have a ’hands on’ approach and lead by example, as you will spend a significant proportion of your time involved in practical site activities in addition to fulfilling the statutory compliance aspects of the role. This is a great role for someone with school based experience and a keen knowledge of fixing, making good, and general maintenance.
If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you! If you’d like to hear more, please email Tom @ Timeplan on
