Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL)
Up to £85,000 + Bonuses

A Real Estate Solicitor provides expert legal advice and services on property transactions, working with clients such as developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and businesses.
Responsibilities for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL) :
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements for commercial and residential properties.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title reviews, searches, and planning permissions.
• Advise on landlord-tenant matters, property disputes, and real estate financing.
• Assist with corporate property transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and client requirements.
Qualifications for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL):
• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (SRA-regulated).
• 2-5+ years of PQE in real estate law.
• Knowledge of property law, commercial contracts, and conveyancing processes.
Skills for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL):
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.
