Overview:
In this exciting and dynamic role, you’ll be a driving force behind the success of the sales team, helping new starters hit the ground running and ensuring their experienced salespeople continue to smash their targets. Whether you’re leading training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, or working closely with the Sales Coach and Training Manager, your expertise will shape the future of their sales department and help them to continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver Impactful Training & Coaching: Lead engaging training sessions that help new hires and experienced salespeople reach their full potential. Whether in group training or one-on-one coaching, your approach will ensure our team is always ready to perform at their best.
*Drive Performance: Develop and implement training programs that align with company objectives, helping salespeople exceed their targets and continuously improve their skills.
*Onboard New Starters: Ensure new team members are set up for success from day one, with a thorough onboarding and training experience that equips them with the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
*Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing coaching to existing team members, offering constructive feedback, best practices, and techniques to elevate individual and team performance.
*Track & Measure Success: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, assess team performance, and adjust coaching methods based on feedback and results.
*Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Managers and other departments to ensure sales training is aligned with company strategy and industry best practices.
Core Skills & Experience Required:
*Exceptional Communication & Leadership: You must be able to inspire, motivate, and engage with a diverse team, delivering training in a clear and impactful way.
*Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the latest sales tools, platforms, and training software to support both in-person and virtual training sessions.
*Training & Development Expertise: Experience designing and delivering sales training programs that drive measurable results.
*Performance-Driven Approach: You thrive on helping others reach their targets and continually raise the bar for performance.
*Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Build strong relationships across the team, while also staying organized and efficient to manage multiple training initiatives.
Experience Required:
*Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-performance environment.
*At least 1 year of sales coaching experience, with a proven ability to help individuals achieve personal and team sales goals.
*At least 1 year of formal training experience, designing and delivering training programs that lead to tangible improvements in performance.

Salary on offer: £32,000 per annum plus bonus
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week. Working hours consist of 9am - 17.30pm or 10am - 18.30pm on a rota basis plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (early finish).
