Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join as an On-Site Maintenance tech for a very well known student accommodation company.
Responsibilities:
*Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment on-site.
*Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
*To assist with minor plumbing and electrical matters
*Provide first class customer service to residents
*Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time
*undertaking minor maintenance tasks, using basic tools and painting and decorating.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a maintenance operative or a similar role, preferably in a residential setting
*Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
