Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Manage End-to-End Project Delivery:
*Oversee all phases of project management, from planning and execution to final delivery.
*Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals, objectives, and expectations are consistently understood and met.
2. Facilitate Collaborative Project Team Meetings:
*Coordinate and lead meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
*Adopt a collaborative team environment to drive efficiency and transparency.
3. Stakeholder Management:
*Build and sustain strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Provide clear, concise, and regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
4. Change Control & Communication:
*Manage change control processes to adapt to modifications to project scope while minimising disruption.
*Communicate all changes proactively, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
5. Risk Management:
*Continuously monitor project timelines to identify risks early.
*Assess potential impacts and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
6. Budget Oversight:
*Maintain rigorous control over the project budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
*Provide transparent financial reporting to clients, keeping them informed about expenditures and forecasts.
7. Vendor and Contractor Relationships:
*Manage and negotiate relationships with external vendors and contractors to secure quality services and materials.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
*Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed plans, progress reports, and client approvals.
*Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential Experience:
*5+ years of extensive project management experience, ideally within Data Centres, Retail, or Hospitality industries.
*Proven track record of delivering a diverse portfolio ofcomplex projects successfully.
Regulatory Knowledge:
*Comprehensive understanding ofCDM Regulations 2015 and their practical application.
Industry Expertise:
*Familiarity with legislative and regulatory compliance standards in the Data Centre and Construction sectors.
Skills and Competencies:
*Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
*Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
