The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our customers with CNC machine installations and software-related troubleshooting. This hybrid role combines remote technical assistance with on-site support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for CNC machine installations, including initial setup and configuration.
* Diagnose and resolve software issues related to machine operation and control systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
* Conduct on-site visits when necessary to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
* Offer training and guidance to customers on CNC machine operation and maintenance.
* Document all support activities, including issue resolution and service reports.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in technical support, ideally within the CNC or manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and related software.
* Ability to diagnose software issues.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to travel when on-site support is required.
