Job Title: Business Analyst
Type: Permanent
Pay: £60,000-£80,000
Location: Hybrid, London. 2/3 days per week onsite

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between their clients’ needs and the product development teams. You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring their solutions meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
*Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
*Analyse complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into actionable deliverables.
*Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
*Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and understanding.
*Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
*Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met within agreed timelines.
*Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a RegTech, FinTech, or related environment.
*Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
*Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
*Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
This role is a hybrid set up 2/3 days per week with a salary range of £60-80k depending on experience. The wider package includes bonus, pension, healthcare and more.
