Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the procurement and supply chain department within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role will involve strategic sourcing, supplier management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement decisions.

Description
Key responsibilities:
*Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
*Assess, manage and mitigate risks in procurement processes.
*Identify and source new suppliers and vendors.
*Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
*Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
*Oversee supply chain functions.
*Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
*Coordinate with stakeholder teams and departments regarding procurement needs.
Profile
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
*Proven experience in procurement or a similar role, ideally within the FMCG Food & Drink industry.
*Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement techniques.
*Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Team player and ability to work cross-functionally.
Job Offer
On offer to the candidate:
*Up to c.£60,000 (experience dependent) per annum plus package.
*Hybrid working - 3 days per week on site in London office.
