Job Description:
What’s involved with this role: Interim Business Support Co-Ordinator/Admin K&C 5260224 Skills & Experience: *Minimum 12 months in a similar role, preferably in the public sector, with expertise in diary management, minute taking, and administrative tasks.
*Experience of working in a business support or executive assistant role at senior management level, as well as working within a team.
*Proven ability to support senior executives, including managing multiple complex diaries and inboxes.
*Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
*Minute taking experience and skills.
*Strong networking and partnership-building abilities with internal and external parties.
*Excellent administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent software (e.g., G Suite).
As a Business Support Co-ordinator in the Resources Directorate, the successful candidate will play an important part in supporting the Executive Director and Directors.

Key Responsibilities: *Provide high quality executive support including diary management, forward planning and trouble shooting.
*Production of high-quality reports for senior audiences, including Directors and Lead Members
*Undertaking research and horizon scanning on government policy, legislation and best practice
*Supporting business planning and policy development activities across the Directorate
*Planning and delivery of communication and events across the Directorate
*Deputise for the Head of Strategy and Operations Success in this role requires a high level of enthusiasm and initiative, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, whilst working collaboratively in a small and high-impact team.
