Job Description:
What’s involved with this role: Interim UAT Test Manager – IT Services K&C 5260382Key Requirements: *Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
*Previous experience working in Local Authority
*Previous Test Manager experience
*Proven experience managing UAT activities for complex software such as CRM
*Extensive experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within complex projects.
*Use of one or more established project and programme methodologies e.g. Agile, Prosci Practitioner.

The purpose of the role is to manage and co-ordinate the UA testing activities with representatives from the business.

Key Responsibilities: *UAT Planning and Strategy.
*Stakeholder Management.
*Test Script Creation and Execution.
*Issue Identification and Resolution.
*Support and Engagement of Testers.
*Reporting and Documentation (Test Reports).
*Continuous Improvement Management.
