Temporary Executive Assistant
9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pay rate: £18 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual
Are you an Executive Assistant who excels at handling complex challenges in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment?
Join a leading global financial services firm as a Temporary Executive Assistant, providing support to a busy team. This 3 to 6-month contract presents an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in executive assistance within the financial services sector and a passion for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
What you’ll be doing:
*You’ll expertly manage schedules, prioritise conflicting demands, and keep things running smoothly.
*No detail will be missed under your watch-you’ll ensure Directors are always prepared.
*Coordinating global travel plans and crafting seamless itineraries will be second nature.
*You’ll be the go-to person for Directors’ contacts, ensuring professional, prompt communication.
