Payroll Administrator

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Our client, a reputable company based in Plymouth, is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator, to join their dynamic team on a part-time, permanent basis. This position offers part-time hours between 20 - 27 hours per week, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements.
As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll processes, maintaining precise and accurate records, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
The responsibilities:
*Execute comprehensive payroll processing with precision and timeliness.
*Maintain meticulous employee records and ensure data integrity.
*Manage payroll software systems and compliance protocols.
*Collaborate with HR to validate employee information.
*Generate strategic financial and management reports.
*Administer employee benefit programs.
*Support system implementation and optimisation.
*Ensure strict adherence to legal and organizational payroll requirements.
The candidate:
*Proven experience in a similar role.
*Proficient in payroll software, with experience in accounts payable processes related to payroll.
*Knowledgeable in human resources practices relevant to payroll administration.
*Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills.
