Role - Bricklayer
We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our dedicated and dynamic team, bringing
their expertise to our construction projects. The role requires attention to detail, a commitment
to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: 14 DAYLESFORD ROAD CHEADLE SK8 1LF
Essential Job Functions:
Construct and Repair: Build and repair walls, chimneys, and other structures using
bricks, blocks, or stone, following technical specifications and plans.
Quality Craftsmanship: Ensure all brickwork is completed to the highest standard, with
precision and accuracy.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, ensuring work is performed in a safe
and secure manner. Adhere to building codes and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople on site to ensure smooth project
execution and to meet deadlines.
Material Management: Measure, cut, and lay bricks using the appropriate tools and
techniques. Manage materials effectively to minimise waste.
Education and Experience:
Experience: Proven experience as a Bricklayer, with a strong portfolio of previous
projects.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in using bricklaying tools and equipment.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy in laying bricks and blocks.
Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and working in
varying weather conditions.

Working Conditions:
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (fixed)
Overtime Expectations: Overtime is available, particularly during project deadlines.
Overtime hours worked will be compensated for.
