Description
*undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
*representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
*opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.
Profile
*ACA qualified with a background in either audit, TS or restructuring
*A real interest in TS with an entrepreneurial edge
*Project management skills

*Salary up to £48,000 with an additional 10% bonus
