Enforcement Commercial Director
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enforcement Commercial Director to lead a large team responsible for driving the commercial success of our enforcement services. This pivotal role will oversee account management, client retention, new business development, and pre-sales activities, while ensuring seamless collaboration with our Bid Director, Operational Directors, and Enforcement Directors. You will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and delivering value-added services to clients. Additionally, you will take the lead on conferences, events, and awards initiatives to further the company’s visibility and industry reputation.
What you’ll be doing:
*Team Leadership & Management – lead, mentor and manage a large, cross-functional team and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with organisational goals.
*Account Management & Client Retention – oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring long term partnerships and high satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve client retention while proactively identifying opportunities for upselling.
*New Business Development – drive new business opportunities in alignment with company goals and work closely with our pre-sales and business development teams to secure high value contracts
*Pre-Sales Support – partner with the Bid Director and relevant teams to develop tailored solutions and respond to client needs and RFPs
*Contract Management & Value Add – take ownership of contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all SLAs and contractual obligations, while working closely with legal and operational teams to ensure effective management of contracts.
*Partnership with Operational and Enforcement Directors – ensure smooth execution of enforcement services, collaborating on operational challenges, client feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Conferences, Events, and Awards Leadership – lead our participation in industry conferences, events and award submissions, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening relationships.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience in a senior commercial management role, preferably within the enforcement or related sectors.
*Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large, diverse teams.
*Excellent understanding of account management, client retention strategies, and business development techniques.
*Exceptional contract management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering value for clients.
*Ability to collaborate effectively with operational, enforcement, and bid management teams.
*Experience in delivering value-added services and creating innovative solutions.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
*A strong network of industry contacts and a track record of success in driving new business and managing key accounts.
*Demonstrated ability to lead at conferences, events, and award programs, increasing brand recognition and positioning the company as an industry leader.
