Job Title: Experienced Parts Advisor
Location: Leicester
Our client, a well-established and successful, privately owned Motor Dealer Group, is offering an exciting career opportunity for an Experienced Parts Advisor.
To succeed in this role you will need to have strong Parts Advisor experience in a franchised dealer - this is essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Customer Interaction: *Serve both trade and retail customers, as well as internal dealer staff.
*Maintain excellent customer-facing skills to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
*Stock Management: *Receive, sort, and store parts effectively to ensure correct stock levels.
*Facilitate easy location and access to parts for optimal service delivery.
*System Usage: *Operate a Dealer Management System (DMS) proficiently.
*Demonstrate IT literacy and adaptability to company systems.
*Problem-Solving: *Anticipate potential challenges in planning and propose proactive solutions.
*Organisation and Communication: *Apply systematic approaches to administration.
*Deliver timely and accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Teamwork and Independence: *Collaborate effectively within a team while also working autonomously when necessary
Skills and Attributes
*Keen attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
*Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.
*Strong organisational and planning skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
*A sense of urgency in addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Requirements
*Essential: Full, clean UK driving license.
*Desirable: Prior experience with DMS systems and relevant IT skills.
