Credit Controller (9-month Fixed Term, full time, 37.5hrs a week):
Key Responsibilities: Drive our financial operations by maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships in this fast-paced environment.
*Spearhead debt collection efforts, ensuring high recovery rates
*Generate and analyze accurate arrears reports and statistics
*Engage with tenants via multiple channels to recover outstanding sums
*Collaborate with portfolio managers and treasury team
*Prepare critical financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
*Instruct Enforcement Agents and solicitors when necessary
*Reconcile tenant accounts and resolve queries efficiently
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Strong foundation in basic accounting principles
*Understanding of property-related Service Charges (advantage)
*GCSE qualifications, including Maths and English
*Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
*Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
*Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Sharp eye for detail and analytical mindset
*Self-starter with strong prioritization skills
