This role requires engaging with multiple stakeholders and third parties as well as being an immersive role with respect to data.

About You
We are looking for someone who can absorb and apply detailed legislation, as well as a demonstrable track record in customer process mapping and report writing. Alongside this, a keen interest and experience of working with data is essential.
You will also have/be:
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience of Excel and Word
• Experience of writing customer facing reports
• Experience of creating process flows for the ’As Is’ process
• GIS experience
• Previous customer-facing experience
