Responsibilities
*Collaborate with Planning to ensure job timelines are met
*Advise on material, colour and machine capabilities and processes
*Identify potential risks or issues, implement workflow strategies to ensure job deadlines are achieved
*Monitor productivity, capacity, delays, machine breakdowns and communicate with planning
*Liaise with Studio and Finishing ensuring the correct jobs are being worked on at the correct times
*Participate in Production meetings, highlight any potential issues
*Responsible for staff management on a day-to-day basis
Skills
*Strong knowledge of print finishing and binding techniques
*Experience of working in Print Industry
*Proficiency in operating and maintaining print finishing equipment
*Excellent attention to detail and quality control
*Ability to manage and prioritize multiple print finishing projects
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
*Effective communication and teamwork abilities
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the print finishing industry
*Proficiency in computer software used for print finishing and binding processes
