Job Description:
This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. The rate for this contract is £13 - £15 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Typing professional correspondence, including letters, with precision.
* Conducting mail merges for mass communication.
* Managing ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.
* Maintaining accurate and organised records.
* Providing general office support and assisting in the coordination of daily operations.
Experience:
* Strong administrative experience
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Arrangements
This position is office-based, requiring your presence in our York city centre office five days a week.
