Altum Consulting are excited to be partnering with a leading data centre developer/operator to secure a Finance Analyst. The business is private equity backed and has grown tremendously over the last two years due to high demand and positioning in the market. Due to this growth our client has the capacity to hire a commercial minded finance professional to join the already high performing FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities,
*Provide In-depth analysis of the countries’ reported monthly actuals, quarterly forecast and annual budget financial reporting (including additional deliverables)
*Oversee the work-in-progress/pipeline reporting, including the monthly consolidation of the reports, and analysis and tracking of the pipeline against forecast
*Contribution to the production of financial sections of presentations to be delivered by the CFO/FC/FP&A Managers at meetings/committees
*Coordination with Finance teams across Europe to facilitate the timely and accurate production of financial information.
*Participate in and contribute to a dynamic and energetic team culture - proactively supporting the Central European team and wider European business
*Ad hoc analysis and projects
Requirements,
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
*Real Estate sector experience desirable
*High standard of Excel and PowerPoint based financial reporting skills.
*Experience or exposure to a large-scale consolidation and reporting system is highly desirable - particularly with Hyperion (Oracle financial reporting system), IBM Planning Analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics D365
*Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, providing commercially focused insight/analysis
