Job Title: Temp to Perm Void Property Cleaner - Clean driving license required.
Location: Norwich and Norwich Surrounding Areas.
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours: 37 + hours per week
Schedule:
*Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
*Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
*Occasional Saturdays may be required (5 in 7 rota)
Job Description: We are seeking two dedicated and experienced cleaners for a temp to perm contract role in Norwich. This position involves void cleaning of properties, ensuring they meet our high standards. The role is primarily lone working, but you will be expected to meet company targets for void cleans each month. The properties will be vacant at the time of clean.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform in-depth cleaning of void properties.
*Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, within the company guidelines.
*Work independently while adhering to company targets.
Requirements:
*Essential: Clean driving license.
*Proven cleaning experience, particularly in void property cleaning.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
