We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Technology Services team as a Service Desk Analyst at NCHA. We are a busy Technology Services team who provide support to our colleagues with their use of technology. From maintaining IT infrastructure to supporting software applications, we play a crucial role in driving the business forward.
Role Overview:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational support, offering 1st/2nd line ICT technical guidance on core software applications, hardware, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems in accordance with our Technology Support Policy. You will collaborate with the Service Desk team to investigate and resolve issues promptly, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and ensure efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide technical advice and guidance to internal colleagues on various technology aspects.
*Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with applications, printers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
*Maintain and deploy colleague hardware.
*Collaborate with the team to find timely resolutions to issues.
*Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working/Shift Patterns:
35 hours per week, split between working from home and our office in Nottingham. We cover support hours from 08:30 am to 17:00 pm. You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you may need to visit other sites from time to time.
