PA / Administrative Assistant

PA / Administrative Assistant – Hybrid – Central London – up to £40,000pa (DOE)

A renowned real estate firm is seeking a proactive and organized PA / Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to a team of directors and assist the Executive Assistant (EA) with delegated tasks for senior leaders. This role is pivotal in optimizing the leadership team’s time while ensuring the seamless operation of the office.

About the Role
As a PA / Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

*Supporting four directors with diary management, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
*Overseeing office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating events, maintaining equipment, preregistering visitors, and booking meeting rooms (with support from the EA).
*Providing cover during the EA’s leave and assisting with event coordination, inbox management, printing, and scanning.
*Handling delegated personal tasks for senior leaders, such as research or small personal bookings.
This role extends beyond the job description—no two days are the same! Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are essential.

While at least 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a similar role is desirable, training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed.
