The role
The Financial Controller will be responsible for a large team across accounts payable, income and treasury. Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will also be responsible for:
*Providing Senior Leadership across the organisation and being a valued member of the Senior Management Team.
*Providing a customer service approach to all activities.
*Ensuring compliance with all governance procedures.
*Run an effective financial transaction department.
*Strategic planning across the department.
*Analysis and reporting across department.
*Lead projects and initiatives.
*Look for ways to improve efficiency across the department.
The person
*Qualified accountant with significant post qualified experience working in a senior role.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Previous experience managing a large team.
*Customer service approach.
*Continuous improvement mindset.
*Collaborative approach.
